QUALIFICATIONS ▽

Nicole started her career teaching fitness in 2015 & has since gained certifications to teach in many other styles of movement such as weight lifting & strength, functional fitness, HIIT, boxing & kickboxing & applied stretching theory or flexology. She studied Food Science & Human Nutrition at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado & has been referred to as a “serious foodie” & “a wicked good cook”.

this diverse experience allows for a deep understanding of the human body & how best to support it for each individual

nicole has also worked directly with thought leaders & mindset mentors such as Taylor Conroy & Phi Thai-viet do, providing her with the tools needed to support & guide others in cultivating a true growth mindset & mental wellness routine
